Impossible Founders works closely with scientists, founders and innovators to identify technologies and ideas with real application and market potential. Together we explore use cases, analyse possible industries, assess commercial viability and develop pathways for translating research and technological ideas into viable ventures.

This process often starts long before a company exists. We support people with strong technological ideas in evaluating whether their research or technology can become the foundation of a business and what steps are required to move from laboratory results or early concepts to market-ready applications.

Once a clear opportunity emerges, we help build companies around these technologies — bringing together scientific founders, experienced entrepreneurs, industry partners and investors. Building a Deep Tech Factory

Deep Tech companies require different conditions than traditional startups. Technologies emerging from scientific research often involve long development cycles, specialised expertise, regulatory complexity and significant capital requirements. Building these companies therefore requires close collaboration between researchers, entrepreneurs, industry partners and investors over extended periods of time.

Impossible Founders operates as a Deep Tech Factory to support this process systematically. We educate the next generation of entrepreneurs and we work with research institutions to identify promising technologies, validate their commercial potential and translate them into venture opportunities. This includes connecting scientific founders with experienced entrepreneurs, shaping viable business models, supporting spin-outs and helping build the foundations of new companies.
